- Candidates who produce Sports achievements certificate from Association of
Indian University they must produce, Universities Certificate or Mark Sheet or
Admission receipt book or College Photo Identity Card or College fee book or
Certificate issued by authority of University/College that the said candidate is
representing the said University/College in their respective discipline of sports
in that particular event. - Self-attested copy of caste / community certificate in prescribed format issued
by the competent authority for SC/STtOBC/EWS candidates, wherever
applicable. - Self-attested copies of relevant certificates namely Community certificate for
SC/ST, Affidavit for Minority community, Income certificate of EBC, Discharge
certificate for Ex-Servicemen, PwBD certificate for PwBD candidates as proof
of claiming fee exemption. - 2 recent passport size photos,
- On successful completion of the transaction e-receipt with the date entered by
the candidate will be generated which should be saved/printed and retained by
the candidate. The same should be produced at the time of Trial/Document
Verification. - Valid photo ID (viz., Aadhaar card / Driving license / PAN card / Passport) in
original on the day of document verification is mandatory, failing which he/she
may be disqualified and will not be allowed to appear in the trials और - Self-attested copy of NOC from employer of serving Government employees (if
